Submitting a reservation request does not guarantee vehicle availability. A reservation is confirmed only after you receive confirmation from Rent A Ride via email, phone, or another official communication channel.
The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any reservation if:
The requested vehicle is unavailable.
Incorrect or misleading information has been provided.
Fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected.
Legal or operational reasons prevent the rental.
4. Pricing and Payments
All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.
The final rental price will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Additional charges may apply for:
Additional drivers
Child seats or other optional equipment
GPS devices

Late vehicle return
Fuel charges

5. Driver Requirements
To rent a vehicle, the Customer may be required to provide:
A valid driver’s license.
A valid passport or government-issued identification.

The Company reserves the right to refuse vehicle delivery if these requirements are not met.
6. Vehicle Use
The Customer agrees to use the vehicle responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws.
The vehicle must not be used:
For illegal activities.
For racing, competitions, or speed testing.
To transport prohibited or hazardous goods.
By unauthorized drivers.
Outside the permitted geographical area without prior written approval from the Company.
The Customer is responsible for any traffic violations, parking fines, tolls, or penalties incurred during the rental period.
7. Cancellations and Modifications
Reservation cancellations or modifications are subject to the Company’s cancellation policy.
Cancellation fees may apply depending on the notice period before the scheduled rental.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method.
8. Insurance and Liability
Vehicles are provided with insurance coverage as specified in the Rental Agreement.
The Customer remains responsible for any deductible, uninsured losses, or damages resulting from negligence, misuse, or violation of the Rental Agreement.
The Company shall not be liable for:
Personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
Indirect or consequential losses.
Delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including force majeure events.
9. Vehicle Return
The Customer agrees to return the vehicle:
On the agreed date and time.
In substantially the same condition as received, excluding normal wear and tear.
With the agreed fuel level.
Late returns may result in additional rental charges.
10. Intellectual Property
All content available on this website, including text, logos, images, graphics, and design, is the property of Rent A Ride or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
11. Privacy
